Products & Quality

What does "organic" mean at Anjana Organics?

Every product on our platform is sourced from farmers who grow without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, chemical fertilisers or GMO seeds. We verify each farmer's practices before listing them and re-verify seasonally. "Organic" is not a marketing word here — it is a commitment we make to every customer.

Are your products certified organic?

Products are either NPOP (India Organic) certified, PGS-India certified, or verified by our in-house farm-visit process. Each product listing states its certification status clearly so you always know what you're buying.

Are your products tested for pesticide residues?

Selected batches are sent to FSSAI-accredited third-party labs for residue testing. Products from newly onboarded farmers are always tested before their first listing. Test reports are available on request.

Are native and heirloom varieties available?

Yes. We actively source native wheat varieties like Khapli and Bansi, heirloom dals like Surti chana and country tur, cold-pressed oils, and seasonal produce from traditional farming communities across Gujarat.

Delivery & Shipping

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across Gujarat and major metros including Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot, Mumbai, Pune and Delhi. We are expanding pan-India — enter your pincode at checkout to confirm serviceability.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is 3–5 business days within Gujarat and 5–7 business days for other states. Fresh and perishable items are dispatched on the same day or next working day after harvest.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping is free on orders above ₹499. A flat ₹49 charge applies on smaller orders. Bulk orders above ₹2,000 are always free.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also view live order status in your account dashboard.

Payments & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), all major credit and debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery for orders up to ₹5,000.

Is it safe to pay online?

Absolutely. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways over SSL-encrypted connections. We never store your card details on our servers.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes. If a product arrives damaged, spoilt, or is not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will replace or fully refund the item — no questions asked.

How long does a refund take?

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. UPI refunds are often instant.

Farmers & Partners

How do I know the farmer who grew my food?

Each product page shows the farmer's name, village, district and a brief profile. You are buying from a named, verified person — not an anonymous supply chain.

I am a farmer. How do I join Anjana Organics?

Visit our Join page, fill in your details, and our team will contact you within 3 business days. We welcome small and marginal farmers who practise natural or organic methods, even without formal certification.

Do farmers set their own prices?

Yes. Farmers on our platform set their own pricing. Our platform ensures they receive a fair percentage of the final price, significantly higher than what traditional mandis offer.

Can I inquire directly with a farmer before buying?

Yes. Every farmer listing has an "Send Inquiry" button. Your message goes directly to the farmer — we encourage direct communication about custom quantities, bulk orders, or specific requirements.

Ordering & Account

Do I need an account to order?

You need an account to place orders — this helps us send you tracking information and manage returns. Registration is free and takes under a minute.

Are your prices higher than the supermarket?

Some products are slightly higher-priced because you are paying the real cost of growing food without chemicals and paying the farmer fairly. Many products — especially grains and pulses in bulk — are competitively priced or cheaper than branded organic in supermarkets.

Can I order in bulk for my restaurant or business?

Yes. We offer bulk pricing for restaurants, cloud kitchens, hotels and health food businesses. Reach out via our Contact page with your requirements for a custom quote.

How do I contact customer support?

Via our Contact page, by WhatsApp, or by email. We respond within 24 hours on working days.
