• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways; we do not store card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on your location and product availability. While we strive to deliver on time, delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of organic produce, returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof. Refunds, when approved, are processed within 7–10 business days.
