Real food begins with real grain. At Anjana Organics, every kilo of wheat, millet and rice is grown the patient way — in living soil that is fed compost and care, never chemical fertilizer. We work with small farmers across Gujarat and Maharashtra who still believe in seasons, sun-drying and stone-grinding. The result is grain you can taste the difference of: warmer rotis, fuller dals, deeper aromas.
What we grow
Native wheat varieties (Khapli / Emmer, Sharbati and local Lokvan), pearl millet (bajra), sorghum (jowar), finger millet (ragi), little millet, and heirloom red and brown rice. Each variety is chosen for nutrition and taste — not yield.
How it is grown
Soil-first farming using cow-dung compost, jeevamrit and crop rotation. No urea, no pesticides, no growth boosters. Irrigation is rain-fed wherever possible.
How it reaches you
Hand-harvested, sun-dried, naturally cleaned and stone-ground in small batches close to harvest. Sealed at source so the freshness reaches your kitchen unbroken.
